The favorite class of my career

If i need to choose my favorite class will be "staging workshop 1". In that class we have to create and execute the design of a play, in this case Frankenstein, it was a totally new experience because it wasnt a conventional play, with a staging into a theater, it was street theater and besides the design and make the costumes we were staging technicians.

my participation was mainly focus on the costumes making  of the doctors of the play, they make me feel really satisfied. We were a three members crew wrking on the costumes of the doctors and we could work together in a fantastic way

Also i support in the making of stages and props.

this class and this play was very important to me, because during the work of this project i was reaffirming my vocation and the reason why i study this career, was like a stroke that reaffirm the joy for it and it came just when i was tired of the career and many times i ask myself if this was the right choice and this project make me see it was and all the effort was worthy.

Game of Thrones, one of my favorite series.

Une of my favorite series is A Game of Thrones, an american series by HBO that is finishing it’s 3^rd season, it topic is medieval epic adventures in which the social, the deception and of course the weapons are the most powerfull way the nobles fight for the Iron Throne, symbol of the king.

I like it for the stages, the dressed full of textures and variuos form according to the family or town, for the colours and it’s plots.

It is based in the novel of George R.R. Martin, A Song of Ice and Fire.

The main recording locations were Northern Ireland and scotland, Stephen Warbeck was chosen to create the Soundtrack but it was changed for Ramin Djawadi

The Serie’s debut was on April 17, 2011 in U.S.A., May 8^th on latin-america and May 9^th in spain, the second season’s debut was on April 1^st, 2012 worldwide, with an huge audience and sucess, the third season finish yesterday (June 9, 2013) and i can’t wait fot the next season.

This is a picture of the tattoo one of my friends do to another, both room mates.

This picture was taken by the tattooist because i told him it looks perfect like that.

The picture was taken one day after the tattoo was made, a month ago.

This picture was taken after take away the plastic film that protects the tattoo, this plastic film is always put to avoid the blood spots on the clothes and to protect the tattooed skin from the dust and dirtiness, the spots in the skin is dry blood.

I really like this picture, according to my opinion the tattoo should be just like that, with the border full of dry blood and the crow’s neck stained and with some red, like if he was eating from his prey and it has blood spots around.

For me, this is the perfect image of the tattoo, not the one that look after the tattoo was cleaned.

I did last weekend

Hello, I´ll tell you what I did last weekend.

On Saturday morning I went to do an activity to Plaza of Palacio Causiño for the V Medieval Meeting of Santiago.

Ther Santiago Center was walked with people dressed in the style Medieval and Arabic, a bagpiper and a drummer werw in front of everyone.

The V Medieval Meeting is promoted delivering flayers of event

In the Afternoon I travel to Valparaiso to another event 

On Sunday morning I returned to Santiago

Before taking the bus I breakfast a nutritious and healthy chorrillana

Arriving to Santiago I go to V Medieval Meeting to repeat the Saturday Activity

I get home late and very tired but happy for both achievement

I love what I do and I enjoy it too even if I have moments of anger and hysteria

It was a great weekend

My favorite technological objects.

My favorite technological objects.

For me the most useful and appreciated objects are the electrical tool, like drill, jig saw, hot air pistol, Dremel, etc.

with them i can do my scenographic projects faster, a good tool can solve many problems and optimize the time.

Personally i got a little collection and are my most appreciated treasures, because they are not only useful but also very beautiful.

another appreciated tool related with technology is the computer, an essential tool in my career and in particular for me, because of my working way. Here i keep not only the university projects but also the professional and personal ones.

Lately, i learn to appreciate the multiple uses of a good cell phone, with camera and equipped for work, because it can solve many unexpected issues  in a quick way 

Role Playing Games

One of my favorite  games are the Role Playing Games, but not the computer ones, the ones that are played around a table with the players present and a storyteller that present and guide the story and the world where the story develops.

a role playing game is a type of game where you describe a character in a paper created for that game and it varies according to the game. A story teller explain the context of the world and the events or conflicts that are currently happening and you must decide what you will do according to the parameters and characteristics of your character, explain them and act them.

Is a sort of improvised theater where the story changes according to the desisions the players take.

there are a lot of this games, based on historical facts or completely fantastic, worlds of the past and future, Researching and combat games, politics and intrigue, funny games, etc.

to play this games, you need a piece of paper, dices, pencil, rubber and a lot of creativity and imagination.

In the career encounters very important director of theaters, one my favorite is Antonin Artaud.

Antoine Marie Joseph Artaud, controversial director and author of theater, explores various literary genres to use them a a way to an absolute and total art.

 Is known for be the creator of the theatre of the cruelty and the research to provoke and affect the audience as much as posible.

He used mix of lights, sounds and an strange and disturbing execution.

 fan of the oriental theater "balines" (nombre del teatro? o tenia k decir otra cosa?) put in practice some of their techniques. Denies the dramatic text and search for a bigger spontaneity.

without a doubt one of the most controversial authors in the theatrical history and is worthy to know about his life and work due to the curious facts, but over all, because is very interesting for the theatre study.
